<h4 class="wp-block-heading">File verification</h4>



<p>File verification is a simple way to verify the integrity of a file by using the files hash. It&#8217;s also possible to check the file for threats simultaniously.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Neoscan</h4>



<p>Our new scan technology optimizes the use of local and online information to search efficiently for threats. This new modules simplifies scanning within the application and optimizes the experiences taking into account the context. This new module will be implemented at more places in the future.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">ClamAV</h4>



<p>The definities of ClamAV our now accessible by Neoscan. An internet connection is required at this moment, a local copy of the definitions isn&#8217;t stored.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Virustotal</h4>



<p>Due to a limitation by Virustotal the number of calls per dat is now limited. To collect insights into the number of calls executed each day, this information is now logged by Dynalog.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Compression technology</h4>



<p>Compression technology was implemented into the live update module. Thanks to this internet traffic to get the latest definitions can be reduced up to 75%.</p>



<p>To save disc space, DynalogPlus files are now being regulary compressed. After a while thet compressed files are removed.</p>
